Monitoring & Charting
All training programs include, three training sessions per week, a written program specific to clients needs, diet and nutritional advice ( written diet plans are $100 extra ), before and after photos, measurements, and body caliper testing
I handle personal training how its meant to be..PERSONALLY, charted gains, tailored workouts, and specific one on one attention is my forte. You can rest assured that I will drive you and motivate you to reach whatever milestone, goal, or result it is that you desire.
